1. Who handles your data
The data controller is Ditta Labs s.r.l., Italian VAT number IT14129530961, certified email dittalabs@pec.it.
This page covers the data collected on the ditta.io website. For customers, the handling of data inside the product is governed by the contract and the agreements that come with it.
2. What we collect
From the demo request form: name, company name, work email, phone number and role in the company. Those are the fields of the form, nothing else.
If you write to one of our addresses, we handle whatever the message contains.
With your consent we also collect usage statistics for the website, in aggregate: the detail is in the cookie policy.
3. Why we use them
We use the form data for one thing only: to get back to you and set up the demo you asked for.
The legal basis is your request: we need this data to answer you. Under the send button the form reminds you that, by sending it, you agree to the processing described here. You can ask us at any time to stop writing to you and to delete the data.
4. Where they end up
The data sent from the form stays in Ditta Labs' own systems, on cloud infrastructure with data centres in the European Union.
We do not send it to third-party CRMs or marketing tools, we do not sell it and we do not pass it on. The people at Ditta who answer you are the ones who see it.
5. How long we keep them
We keep your request as long as it takes to handle it and to carry on the relationship that follows. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
6. Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to limit its use, to receive it in a readable format and to object to the processing.
To exercise them write to dittalabs@pec.it: we answer within a month. If you think something is wrong, you can turn to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
7. Cookies
The website uses technical cookies only. With your consent, given from the banner, we switch on a statistics tool with servers in Europe; without consent no analytics cookie is set, and we use no advertising profiling cookies.
